SLA & Upgrade Policy:
 
The information we need for full customer support will be automatically sent to you after contacting us via Snowcovered support ticket (preferred) or through our Contact Us form.

 

We are committed to respond to technical support tickets from our existing customers within one business day, and strive to resolve any concern within a maximum of 3 business days (Sun-Thu).  Our response goal for FAQs & support questions from potential customers is two business days maximum, with effective resolution of questions within 5 business days or less.

 

The DNNTuned free bug-fixing policy applies within the first 6 months of a module’s initial release date or within 6 months of a new version’s release, whichever is later.

 

Support of a module ends six months after the release of an updated module. Our upgrade policy allows customers to buy new versions by paying only the difference between the price of their old version and price of the new release (this offer applies to corresponding standard or enterprise releases only).
